Case dismissed. The reports, video, and even the submission by the school bus driver failed to satisfy whether or not the school bus stop arm was extended in full so as to permit the client to stop in a manner complaint with the law. Mr. Gempeler didn't bother with negotiations and pushed this matter to litigation expeditiously and successfully argued the lack of this key element to the Court. The matter was dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
